Extended Follow-Up (EFU) Variables

The Extended Follow-Up (EFU) REDCap form collects 1-year outcomes (readmission, death, RRT, transplant listing / transplant, and post-treatment and post-transplant creatinine) for the HARMONY cohort. Sites returned one de-identified CSV each (no dates — only the REDCap-calculated efu_days* fields relative to the index admission date), stored in the Partners Dropbox under Extended Data Collection/Finalized Files/09SEP2026/.

NoteCoding conventions

• yesno fields: 1 = Yes, 0 = No
• calc fields are REDCap-calculated day counts from index admission date (admit_date), not from terlipressin initiation
• text lab fields (creatinine, bilirubin, INR, Na, albumin) are numeric strings; values reported as below the detection limit (e.g. <0.2) are parsed to the limit value in the analysis
• Radio efu_listing: 0 = Not listed, 1 = Listed or transplanted
• Dropdown codestatus: 0 = DNR, 1 = Full code
